Lifestyle Reset

If you'd like my help, this is how we work together.

A personal, lifestyle-first programme for busy professionals who want practical guidance and change that lasts.

Limited slots

I take on a small number of people at a time so every plan stays personal.

Personal guidance

Built around your work, your energy and your responsibilities.

Practical implementation

Small, specific changes that fit inside a real week.

Change that lasts

A healthier life you keep, not a stretch you abandon in month two.

What to expect

Quieter than you'd think.

Not a long list of features. A clear picture of your current lifestyle, a short set of things worth changing, systems that make those changes easy, and someone paying close attention.

By the end, you should have a way of living you can carry on without me. That's the only real measure of success.

FAQs

Questions people usually ask.

Who is this for?

Busy professionals who already know a fair amount about health but can't make it stick. If work, stress or travel keeps sending you back to square one, this is built for you.

Will I get workouts?

If they make sense for you, yes. Movement is one piece, not the whole thing. Some people need a training plan. Others need to move less and recover more.

Is nutrition included?

Yes, as practical guidance for real meals on real days. No rigid meal plans, no weighing food, no calorie tracking.

How much time do I need?

Less than you'd expect. The point is designing health into the week you already have.

Do I need a gym?

No. If you have one, good. If not, we work with what you have: home, a hotel room, a park, or a short gap between meetings.

How is this different from online fitness coaching?

Most coaching starts with a workout and a meal plan. This starts with your life. Training and food are part of it, but the lifestyle around them is what decides whether any of it lasts.

What happens after I apply?

I read every application myself. If it looks like a fit, I'll reply within a couple of business days to set up a short call. If it isn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
